Warranty & Support Information

All products sold are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of a product developing a fault during the warranty period it will need to be returned to Trade Skills 4U and a replacement product will be offered. See the Faulty Goods Section below. We will list all manufatcurers warranties and support numbers below:

Cancellations and Returns

 

Faulty Goods     

1. Goods must be returned within the manufacturers warranty period (see above). All faulty goods should be returned to:

2. In most situations, we will need the entire product returned. We recommend returning goods via recorded delivery.

3. We will refund the carriage costs if the goods prove to be faulty.

4. Products with a manufacturers warranty will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion. Trade Skills 4U cannot accept liability for consequential or indirect loss.

5. Please contact us before returning any product and we will confirm the exact arrangements. We will be unable to process any returns unless it has been arranged previously with our team.


Non Faulty Goods – Cooling off Period     

1. No goods will be accepted unless they are unopened in their original condition. Including, where appropriate, any manuals or user information documents. Used or opened goods will not be eligible for return unless faulty.

2. Goods must be returned within 2 Weeks of delivery date.

3. Goods must be returned at your own expense and we strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service.

3. Once goods have been received and we confirm they are in non-used condition we will refund you via the same method that was used to pay for the goods.

4. Refunds for goods surplus to requirements after the 2 week "cooling off" period are entirely at the discretion of Trade Skills 4U.

5. Please contact us before returning any product and we will confirm the exact arrangements. We will be unable to process any returns unless it has been arranged previously with our team.
